✅ Status Update: Data Exports Mostly Restored
We have resolved the primary technical issue affecting Data Downloads. While most projects can now export data successfully, you may still encounter intermittent delays as the system fully stabilizes.
Data Integrity: Your study data from Garmin, Dexcom, and Movesense remains secure and was unaffected during this period.
Participant Adherence: Participants can continue to sync and complete EMA surveys without interruption.
Monitoring: Our engineering team is closely monitoring the platform to ensure 100% service restoration.

We're currently resolving a technical issue affecting Data Downloads across the Labfront platform. While your data collection remains secure and uninterrupted, manual exports are temporarily unavailable.
Data Integrity: All physiological data from Garmin, Dexcom, and Movesense devices continues to be captured and synced to our servers without loss.
Participant Adherence: Your participants can still complete EMA surveys and sync their devices as normal.
Resolution: Our engineering team is actively deploying a fix to restore export functionality.
